Tiana Tukes

Tiana Tukes is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, consulting, and academia. As the Founder of Tukes & Company since January 2023, Tiana also serves as a Strategic Advisor at Slauson & Co., and has held roles as an Adjunct Economics Faculty and Special Consultant at Spelman College from 2023 to 2024. Tiana is a Co-Founder of LGBT+ VC, contributing from 2022 to 2024, and previously worked as a Fellow-in-Residence at Silicon Valley Bank and an Investment Professional at Colorful Capital in 2022. Earlier experiences include participation in the Venture Scout Program at BLCK VC in 2021, and a Senior Manager of Business Operations role at Plume Clinic the same year. Tiana's career began at Accenture from 2017 to 2021, progressing from Business Analyst to Management Consultant. Tiana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa from Morehouse College.
