Jan Adamec

Jan Adamec is a skilled project engineer with extensive experience in the energy and railway sectors. Currently employed at Slovenské elektrárne since October 2020, Jan focuses on creating and developing technical solutions for design changes at the Jaslovské Bohunice nuclear power plant, while also contributing to investment and non-investment projects. Previously, Jan worked at HMH s.r.o from October 2012 to September 2020, where responsibilities included management of application and development projects in railway systems, leading teams of application engineers, and elaborating feasibility studies for integrating train protection and control systems. Earlier roles included junior application engineer and project engineer, focusing on control system development for locomotives. Jan's career began at ESM YZAMER s.r.o, where contributions involved designing and implementing control systems for heat sources and developing SCADA applications. Jan holds a PhD in Production Technology and a degree in Control of Machines and Equipment from Technická univerzita vo Zvolene.
