Denise Dicicco

Denise DiCicco has extensive experience in operational excellence and client technology, currently serving as Vice President of Operational Excellence at slwm since February 2004. Denise's career at slwm has included roles such as Director of Client Technology, Manager of Implementations & Process Development, Manager of Training and Implementations, Client Services Assistant Manager, and Account Manager. Prior to slwm, Denise worked at Abilities, Inc. at The Viscardi Center as Office Manager from January 2000 to September 2003. Denise holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations from National American University-Independence (2009-2014) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Office Technology from Briarcliffe College (1999-2001).
