Jim Ellis

Jim Ellis has extensive experience in executive leadership roles within the IT and financial services sectors. Currently serving as COO at SM Innovations since December 2023, Jim has also held the position of CEO at MGroup US/APAC since January 2013, overseeing global IT services and focusing on mergers and acquisitions along with digital transformation consulting. Previous roles include Group CEO at LogiGear Corporation, Managing Director at Rainmaker Associates, and COO at Fortimize, all of which contributed to their expertise in Salesforce systems integration and business strategy. Jim has a history of advising early to mid-stage companies and managing strategic partnerships in the Asia-Pacific region, along with a background in semiconductor testing at Credence. Jim holds a degree from The California State University.
