Bianca Blomquist

Bianca Blomquist serves as the California Director at Small Business Majority, leading operations, managing the California Outreach Team, and driving engagement among policymakers to support California's entrepreneurs. Previous roles include California Policy Director and Senior Policy & Engagement Manager, focusing on issues such as financial services, healthcare, and employment. Bianca's extensive experience also includes serving as Northern California Outreach Manager and Legislative Representative at the International Longshore Warehouse Union, where responsibilities encompassed federal lobbying, policy guidance, and member training. Other positions include legislative aide in the U.S. House of Representatives and public policy internships with Greenpeace and the Center for Victims of Torture. Bianca holds a Master's in Legal Sciences from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, Bianca earned a certificate in Policy and Expansion of the European Union from the European University Institute.
