Elbrich van der Ploeg

Elbrich van der Ploeg is a dedicated professional currently serving as Project Manager for People & Culture at Small Giants since February 2023. Previous experience includes a research intern role in Internal Communications and various positions at Avans Hogeschool, including team storytelling member and communication promoter. Elbrich has also coached children at De Bijlesmeester and Bijles Aan Huis, and gained PR experience as an intern at Green Food Lab. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Avans University and currently pursuing a Master's in Management and Organization at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Elbrich has a strong educational background complemented by diverse roles in customer service and support, including positions at Albert Heijn and Efteling.
