Francis Sevilla

Francis Sevilla is an experienced professional in the telecommunications field, currently serving as the Section Head for OVIM-SIM at Smart Communications, Inc. since October 2013. In this role, Francis provides leadership and technical guidance to the NFV Infrastructure Operations team, ensuring the delivery of operational levels and KPIs, while overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining the infrastructure used for Virtualized Network Functions. Prior to this, Francis held the position of Network Engineer Supervisor, providing hands-on support and technical solutions for data communication networks. Earlier experience includes roles as a Core Network Engineer at Digitel Mobile Philippines Inc. - Sun Cellular and as a Network Development and Integration Engineer, contributing to the development and strategic planning of fixed and mobile networks.
