Wardrobe Assistant at Smart Works Charity

Tina Fiandaca is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of People at Utopia since March 2021, Tina collaborates with leadership to support the organization through its scale-up phase, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. In addition to the role at Utopia, Tina has been a Volunteer Childline Counsellor at NSPCC and a Wardrobe Assistant for Smart Works Charity since early 2021. As the People and Culture Director for multiple founder-led scaling businesses since January 2019, Tina focuses on developing high-performance teams and transforming HR functions into strategic partners. Previous notable roles include People & Culture Director at MullenLowe London, where Tina contributed to people strategy at both operational and strategic levels. Tina’s educational background includes a Foundation in Counseling Psychology from The Minster Centre.
