Eva-Triin Kubpart

Eva-Triin Kubpart currently serves as Legal Counsel at SmartCap since September 2024 and as a Teaching Assistant in the International Law Moot Court course at the University of Tartu. Since September 2020, Eva-Triin has been an active member of the Estonian Law Students' Union, holding the position of Head of Event Management, and has also been a member of ELSA. Prior to current roles, Eva-Triin gained experience as an Assistant Lawyer at COBALT Legal, specializing in M&A, Corporate Law, and Dispute Resolution. Previous internships include positions at Ellex and Advokaadibüroo PwC Legal, with a focus on Competition and Corporate Law, as well as legal experience at the Prosecutor’s Office of Estonia. Eva-Triin has completed a Bachelor’s degree in Law and is pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Tartu.
