Brian Kelleher

Brian Kelleher has extensive experience in the commercial real estate sector, currently serving as Leasing Manager at SmartCentres REIT since February 2020. Prior to this role, Brian held various positions, including Manager and Business Analyst at Cambridge Mercantile Realty, where full-service solutions for commercial real estate were provided. Brian also worked as a Transaction Services Coordinator at CBRE Limited, the largest commercial real estate services firm globally, and has experience as a Sales Representative at Ashlar Urban Realty Inc. Early career roles included Site Manager at Kelleher Brothers Ltd. and Team Leader and Mover at Nicks Moving Company. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Real Estate, Valuations and Property Management from Limerick Institute of Technology.
