Francesco B.

Francesco B. currently serves as a Project Manager at ESA Business School, focusing on fostering entrepreneurial values and supporting aspiring entrepreneurs. As a Youth Advisory Committee Member at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Lebanon, Francesco contributes to initiatives aimed at enhancing youth participation in decision-making processes. Francesco has extensive experience in product and digital project management at Digital Revamp, where roles included Product Development Manager and Digital Project Manager. As the Founder and Lead Coach of Inclusive Leadership Solutions, Francesco empowers organizations to cultivate inclusive workplaces. Additional experiences include serving as a Graduate Student Assistant at Montana State University-Bozeman, Founder of PlastEco, Program Coordinator at CentreMINE, and various internships. Francesco holds a Master's degree in Innovation and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Montana State University-Bozeman and Lebanese University, respectively.
