Walter Steinmann

Walter Steinmann has extensive experience in consulting and advisory roles across various organizations focused on sustainability and energy. Currently, Steinmann serves as a member of the advisory board for Verein KlimaGlarus and as President of the Board of Directors at GRZ Technologies. Additional positions include advisory roles at Solar21 AG, Cowa Thermal Solutions AG, Pexapark, and energate. Steinmann has been involved in academia as a board member at HSLU Abteilung Technik und Architektur and holds a senior consultant position at Energy Infrastructure Partners. Since 2016, Steinmann has operated as an independent consultant and leads the board of trustees at Oekozentrum Langenbruck. Educational qualifications include a Dr. rer. soc in Political and State Sciences from the University of Konstanz and a Lic. oec.publ in Applied Economics from the University of Zurich.
