Smartix Education is an Education Startup Company focused on transforming education in Ghana, Africa and the world at large. Smartix Education are the makers of two interconnected apps: The Teleplay app and the Teleplay Teacher's app.

Education has changed to keep up with 21st-century needs. However, many African teachers need to be equipped to teach new and different topics and to support different kinds of learners. Other systematic issues, such as large class sizes, mean that teachers spend much of their time grading at the expense of research to improve instruction and making sense of student data to track individual student performance and offer targeted support. 
Teleplay is a tool that supports teachers to improve their teaching and pedagogical practices in lesson delivery, assessment and performance monitoring whilst encouraging creativity and critical thinking.
