Geoff Charron is a strategic advisor at SmartKarrot. Geoff was previously the Chief Technology Officer at Inovalon from April 2018 to May 2022, where they were responsible for technology strategy, architecture, development, delivery, operations, maintenance, infrastructure, and security across all of Inovalon and business units. Before Inovalon, Geoff Charron was the EVP Engineering at ABILITY Network from January 2014 to April 2018. Geoff built ABILITY's ~150 person global engineering team as the company's revenue nearly tripled over 4 years, culminating in acquisition by Inovalon. Transformed the SaaS platform to a loosely coupled, service based architecture that enabled the rapid integration of 6 acquisitions, continuous feature expansion and exceptionally high quality for 10K's customers.
