Jessica Green

Jessica Green is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bid management and proposal coordination. Currently serving as an RFX Consultant at SmartRecruiters since February 2022, Jessica is responsible for the full end-to-end bid process, including preparation, writing, and quality assurance for various HR Software Service bids. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Practice Plus Group from October 2015 to February 2022 as a Proposal Coordinator and Bid Coordinator, where responsibilities included preparing tender packs and coordinating substantial healthcare service bids. Jessica holds A-Levels in Health and Physical Education/Fitness, Psychology, Chemistry, and Human Biology, as well as a Level 3 BTEC National Extended Diploma in Sport & Exercise Science, both earned at The Henley College.
