Matt Jiles

Matt Jiles is an experienced field service technician currently employed at SmartSource since May 2024. Prior to this role, Jiles worked as an audio visual technician at AV Chicago, Inc. from September 2022 to February 2024 and at PSAV from March 2019 to August 2021. Jiles also served as a tour coordinator at Redfin, where responsibilities included managing an extensive volume of client inquiries and coordinating tour requests across various markets. Earlier experience includes positions as a video crew member for the Windy City ThunderBolts, a DJ for An Enchanted Evening, and various roles at Illinois State University, including producer and director at WZND Radio and TV-10 News, respectively. Jiles holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Media: Television Production from Illinois State University and an Associate’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Prairie State College.
