Nandita Goel

Nandita Goel is an experienced Company Secretary with a strong background in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving at Smartworld Developers since August 2021, Nandita has previously held similar positions at SS Group India, Aerens Gold Souk International Ltd, and Net 4 India Ltd, where expertise in secretarial work, compliance, e-filing, and stock exchange operations was developed.
