Penny Bentley

Penny Bentley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management within the food and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as General Manager at Jamba Juice since July 2015 and at Smashburger since November 2012, Penny has honed leadership and operational skills in the fast-casual dining industry. Prior to these roles, Penny held the position of Leasing and Account Manager at Southhill Group LLC from April 2007 to November 2012 and worked as an Account Manager at Breeders’ Cup Limited from April 1993 to July 2006, contributing to the premier horse racing events.
