Crystal Johnson

Crystal Johnson is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources operations and management. Currently serving as Director of HR Operations at SMCP, which encompasses brands such as Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, and De Fursac since October 2016, Crystal previously held positions including Manager of HR Operations & Rewards. Prior experience includes serving as HR Manager at LVMH Fashion Group from December 2013 to July 2016 and an HR internship at LVMH in 2013. Crystal's career began at Brencourt Advisors, where the roles included HR Generalist and Administrative Associate from July 2006 to June 2012. Educationally, Crystal holds an MBA in HR Management from Baruch College (2011-2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University (2002-2006).
