Amir Ehsan Mohamad

Amir Ehsan Mohamad currently serves as the Head of Health, Safety & Environment at SME Bank Malaysia since February 2019, where responsibilities include developing and implementing HSE frameworks, managing training programs, providing clear interpretations of HSE legislation, and overseeing HSE personnel. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Executive Operation & Fire Safety at PETRONAS Lubricants International, managing corporate HSE for global operations across 28 countries and preparing HSE reports. Amir also worked as an Executive Health & Safety at Lafarge, overseeing health and safety for multiple concrete batching plants, and completed an internship at Dr. Nik & Associates Sdn. Bhd. Amir Ehsan Mohamad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS and a NIOSH Safety and Health Officer Course certification.
