Ennis Smith

Ennis Smith has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and project consultancy field, with a focus on construction management and various technical roles. Currently, Ennis serves as a Project Consultant at SMEUSA since August 2022, following a tenure as a Senior Staff Specialist at SME from May 2016 to February 2023 in the Pavement Services Group. Previous positions include Technical Specialist II at Alfred Benesch & Company, where responsibilities involved water-leak detection for the City of Detroit, and Engineering Technician roles at Tucker Young Jackson Tull and NTH Consultants, Ltd., specializing in water system leak detection and materials testing, respectively. Ennis holds a Construction Management degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management from the same institution, as well as a high school diploma from Western Michigan University focused on construction management.
