Eva Hilskov

Eva Hilskov is an experienced procurement professional currently serving as an IT-upphandlare at SMHI since August 2024. Prior to this role, Eva worked as a procurement expert at Migrationsverket, where responsibilities included procuring IT systems and initiating standard procurement templates. At Linköpings kommun, Eva held the position of inköpscontroller, focusing on procurement statistics and IT acquisitions while developing a purchasing analysis app. Earlier experience includes roles as a procurement officer at Region Östergötland, where expertise in public procurement law was applied, as well as various temporary purchasing positions with responsibilities ranging from strategic negotiations to supplier optimization. Eva holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nanoscience from the University of Copenhagen and has completed the Logistics Program at Östsvenska Yrkeshögskolan.
