Ben Wray holds a Master of Science in Strategic Human Resource Management and possesses extensive experience in human resources and crewing management across various industries. Currently serving as Group Crewing & HR Manager at Smit Lamnalco since April 2013, Ben has previously held significant positions including HR Manager for the Middle East & Indian Subcontinent and Head of Crewing & HR at Seatruck Ferries Ltd. Prior roles include Crewing Director at James Fisher and Sons plc, where responsibilities encompassed the design and implementation of crewing strategies, and HR/Operations Director at Oxley Developments Co Ltd, where operational changes were made to enhance manufacturing and HR functions. Ben's career began as Human Resources Officer at Glendale Managed Services Limited, following educational achievements that include degrees in International Business Studies and Human Resource Management from the University of Salford and University of Central Lancashire.
