Andrea Avila

Andrea Avila has extensive experience in management and operational roles across multiple industries, notably at Smith Gardens, Inc. since June 2015, where responsibilities have included site management, shipping, quality assurance, and process optimization. Previous roles at Walmart GSS-LA involved leading teams in accounts receivable and fixed asset management, contributing to efficient cash applications and successful SAP implementation across Latin American operations. Andrea also served as General Manager at Follajes Tropicales AAM S.A., focusing on cost optimization, MPS Certification, and quality system development. Educationally, Andrea holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Agriculture and Business from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, obtained in 2004.
