Carla Stent

Carla Stent joined the Board of Smith & Williamson on 4 October 2019. She has extensive experience as an executive and non-executive, both in the financial services sector and in other industries.

Carla is currently chair of Marex Spectron Limited, one of the world’s leading commodities brokers, a non-executive director of Post Office Limited, where she also chairs the audit and risk Committee, and on the boards of JP Morgan Elect plc and some charity and early stage businesses. Her executive career included senior roles at Virgin Group and Barclays Bank. She is a Chartered Accountant registered with both the ICAEW and SAICA.
