Phed Parisien

Phed Parisien, CMIT, currently serves as an Assistant Superintendent at Smoot Construction Company in Washington DC since August 2022. Prior to this role, Phed held positions as a Construction Inspector at Munoz Engineering, P.C. from January 2019 to August 2022, and at Excelsior Engineering Services, P.C. from October 2014 to December 2018. Phed began the career as a Junior Estimator at Shawmut Design and Construction in early 2013. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's of Science in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology, completed in 2014, and prior studies at New York City College of Technology from 2009 to 2011.
