Dan Moss is a seasoned commercial and quality management professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, specifically in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Robotics. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at SnapFulfil since September 2022, Dan leads the delivery of commercial solutions while managing a wider commercial team and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, as Quality Manager at CALYX, Dan focused on quality consultancy and process improvement, overseeing compliance processes and conducting audits. Dan's career at SnapFulfil began in March 2012 with roles advancing from Head of Quality Assurance to Client Services Consultant, establishing a strong foundation in quality strategy and customer support. Dan holds a degree from Nottingham Trent University, completed in 2008, after attending Hall Park Academy from 2001 to 2005.
