Mitchell Owens

Mitchell Owens is a seasoned program manager currently serving as the Program Manager for Support Quality at Snowflake since July 2024. Prior to this role, Mitchell spent over seven years at Sonos, Inc., where responsibilities included implementing customer experience strategies and enhancing the support web experience as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Web Editor. Mitchell also taught music production at Mmmmaven and gained technical expertise at Apple as a Technical Expert. Educational achievements include a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Production and Design from Berklee College of Music.
