Mohan Shroff

Mohan Shroff is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the ITSM Process Lead at Snowflake since July 2021, where responsibilities include facilitating the Data Cloud's effective data management. Prior to this, Shroff worked at Sears Holdings India from December 2012 to July 2021, initially as ITSM Project Lead and later as Service Restoration Manager, focusing on major incident management and minimizing business impacts. Earlier roles included serving as Account Process Owner for Incident & Service Desk Management at Mphasis for AP Moller Maersk and managing incident processes for the Bank of India through Hewlett-Packard. Mohan Shroff began their career at CMC Limited, overseeing service desk operations in Mumbai. Shroff holds a Master of Computer Science degree from Pune University and A. M College, Pune.
