Silvia Carbonera Giani

Silvia Carbonera Giani is an accomplished professional with a strong background in customer service and human resources. Currently, Silvia serves as Chef d’équipe service clients at SNOWLEADER since November 2019, after previously holding the position of Customer Service Advisor. Silvia's experience includes an HR Trainee role at LA CISA from July 2018 to February 2019 and a brief position as an English Language Teacher at GuangZhou Winya Consulting Co, Ltd in July 2017. Silvia holds a Master’s degree in HRM & Organizational Consulting from ISCTE Business School (2017-2019) and two Bachelor’s degrees in International/Global Studies and International Law and Legal Studies from Università di Trento (2014-2017).
