Snowmass Vacations formerly First Choice Properties & Management, has operated from the same Snowmass Village location since 1978. As we grew in the last few years, it became apparent that a superior nightly rental brand needed to be established to meet the growing demand of a clientele looking for the best lodging and property management in the market. This is why in 2016, we decided to create a new company and rebrand our vacation rental operations to Snowmass Vacations. 

We specialize in helping our guests find the perfect Snowmass vacation homes and Snowmass condos to suit their needs. Discover all that our mountains have to offer with a choice of four mountain resorts all within 10 minutes of each other.
