Steven Sancbergs

Steven Sancbergs is an experienced design and stakeholder manager currently working at Complex Co. since April 2022. In addition to this role, Steven has been involved in part-time consulting with Anthony Simcoe Consulting and Capitis Consulting (Aust) since early 2022 and 2021, respectively, focusing on engineering, design leadership, and business coaching. Steven previously held significant positions, including Director of Engineering at the ACT Government's Capital Metro Agency from 2015 to 2019 and various roles at Laing O'Rourke, including Regional Design Leader and Project Manager. Steven's education includes a Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership from The University of Queensland and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from UNSW.
