Clinton Keay

Clinton Keay is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in corporate finance and technology transformation. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance at Sobeys since February 2024, Clinton previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer and Secretary at Crombie REIT from May 2019 to February 2024. Clinton's career at Sobeys spans over three decades, during which various roles were undertaken, including Executive Vice President of the Technology and Transformation Office and Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Clinton served as Interim Chief Financial Officer for Empire Company Limited from July 2016 to June 2017, and commenced the career as a Chartered Accountant at Ernst & Young. Clinton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Francis Xavier University, earned between 1982 and 1986.
