Yohan Paul

Yohan Paul has extensive experience in quantity surveying and estimation, currently serving as an Estimator/Quantity Surveyor at Sobha Facades IND LLC since September 2022. Previously, Yohan worked at Malwatta Construction from March 2017 to June 2022, holding roles in the Tender Department and as Quantity Surveyor Head Office, where responsibilities included preparation of tender documents exceeding LKR 100 million, cost plans, interim valuations, and procurement management. Significant projects include the Development of Southern Multi Modal Transport Center in Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka, with a project cost of LKR 1200 million. Yohan holds a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying from the Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka and completed Advanced Level studies in Mathematics at Trinity College Kandy.
