Henrike Luszick

Henrike Luszick is the founder and CEO of the leading independent venture builder Bridgemaker. With Bridgemaker, she has been bringing courage, innovation and entrepreneurship back into business since 2016, while working with corporations, hidden champions and family businesses. Luszick has extensive experience in innovative business models, digitization and the management of agile employees. She worked abroad for several months, including in China, England and Norway, and was thus able to further deepen her international know-how. Before starting Bridgemaker, Luszick founded her first start-up immediately after graduating from university, worked as a management consultant for several years and invested in various start-ups and companies for many different institutions and family businesses.
