Nicolina Kozak is an Associate at Social Finance. Prior to joining the firm, Nicolina worked as a systems manager at Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO). During her time at ECHO, Nicolina helped develop and lead an innovative team covering a broad range of activities related to integration of public systems and coordination across the health care, justice reform, and homelessness sectors, and other industries and system institutions needed to end homelessness. Nicolina has been successful in building strong cross-sector partnerships, bringing together a diverse set of stakeholders that have resulted in projects that implement cost effective strategies, reduce disparities and inequities, and increase accessibility of healthcare services and housing.
Prior to her work at ECHO, Nicolina provided direct services to people in need across a diverse range of populations within both social services and clinical settings.
Nicolina has her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California Suzanne Dworak Peck School of Social Work and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Ambrose University.
