Bethia McNeil

Bethia McNeil currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at YMCA George Williams College since November 2021 and holds the position of Interim Chief Executive Officer in the same organization. In addition, Bethia McNeil has been the Chief Executive Officer at The Centre for Youth Impact since September 2014. Previous roles include Head of Innovation and Service Design at Dartington Social Research Unit, NESTA Specialist Fellow at the Clore Social Leadership Programme, and Programme Leader for Youth Transitions at The Young Foundation. Additionally, Bethia McNeil worked as Policy Manager at The National Youth Agency and as Development Officer at NIACE. Academically, Bethia McNeil earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Liverpool John Moores University between 1994 and 1999.
