Tara Broadhurst

Tara Broadhurst is an experienced manager currently working at Social Ventures Australia since October 2023, focusing on alleviating disadvantage and improving social outcomes in communities. Previously, Tara served as a manager at PwC Australia for one year, overseeing strategy and evaluation projects for various WA Government departments related to education, homelessness, and mental health. At The University of Western Australia, Tara held multiple roles including Manager of Student Equity, where initiatives aimed to support students from diverse backgrounds, and Coordinator of the Girls in Engineering program, promoting STEM education for female students. Tara's earlier experience includes leadership roles at Scitech, where responsibilities ranged from managing the Statewide Department to acting as Director of Statewide Programs and serving as STEM Editor. Tara holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction in Social Impact from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the same institution.
