Julien Poirier

Julien Poirier, PMP, currently serves as the Directeur de projets at Société de transport de Montréal, overseeing the construction of the Centre de transport Bellechasse since November 2016. Previously, Julien held multiple project-related roles within the agency, contributing to significant programs such as the maintenance of metro assets and various large-scale infrastructure projects, where responsibilities included cost management, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Julien's academic credentials include a Master's in Public Organization Analysis from ÉNAP, along with advanced training in project management methodologies and tools, such as Primavera and Ms-Project. Notably, Julien has a strong foundation in political science and humanities, having completed a Bachelor's in Political Science from UQAM and a DEC from Cégep de Sherbrooke.
