Maxime Rivet

Maxime Rivet is an experienced professional in the field of social responsibility and environmental sustainability. Currently serving as an Analyste en responsabilité sociétale at SAQ since December 2022, Maxime is responsible for the deployment of ESG disclosures and accountability in social responsibility, as well as the content and positioning of CSR in communications. Prior to this role, Maxime worked for RECYC-QUÉBEC as an Agent de développement industriel from May 2009 to December 2022, focusing on eco-design, recyclability, and the integration of recycled content in products, along with overseeing the implementation of extended producer responsibility programs. Earlier experiences include a co-op student position at the Canadian Standard Association, developing training materials on ISO 14064, and serving as a research assistant at Helios Centre, contributing to publications on energy and the Kyoto Protocol. Maxime holds a B.Sc. in Environment from McGill University and a DESS in Éco-Conseil from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
