B. Justin Krawitt M.D.

B. Justin Krawitt, MD, MHCDS, CHCQM, serves as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth since 2007, while concurrently leading Hanover Physician Advisors as President and Founder. Krawitt holds multiple leadership roles at Dartmouth-Hitchcock, including Medical Director of Utilization, Medical Director of Clinical Documentation, Hospitalist, and Medical Director of Care Management and Patient Placement. As President of the NH-VT Chapter of the Society of Hospital Medicine since September 2019, Krawitt contributes to enhancing hospital medicine practices. Educational achievements include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Louisville, a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology and Political Science from the University of Vermont, and a Masters of Health Care Delivery Sciences from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
