Adeline Smith

Adeline (Addy) Smith is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in engineering and outreach roles. Currently serving as Secretary and Company Relations Officer for the Society of Women Engineers, Addy effectively communicates with engineering companies and coordinates informational visits. As Head of High School Outreach and Vice President for the Navy STEM Program, Addy leads STEM outreach initiatives in over 15 K-12 schools and develops engaging engineering activities. Previous roles include a WISE R&D Engineering Intern at Medtronic, where Addy managed a clinical research project, and an Administrative Assistant at Weston Architectural Products, focusing on database management. Addy also maintains secretarial duties for the UConn Club Tennis team and has early experience as a Front Desk Employee at Zoink's Fun Factory. Adeline is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Biomedical/Medical Engineering at the University of Connecticut.
