Helen Patricia

Helen Patricia has extensive experience in quality management and engineering, having spent nearly four decades at Kennametal in various leadership roles, including Global Quality Systems Lead and Regional Quality Manager, responsible for ensuring standardized quality systems and improving customer satisfaction across multiple manufacturing facilities. In addition, Helen Patricia has been an active member of the Society of Women Engineers since 1989, holding numerous leadership positions, including FY24 Ethics Committee Chair, prior Chair-elect roles, and various committee chairs focused on governance and bylaws. An alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University, Helen Patricia holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
