The Content Development and Strategy team at the Society of Women Engineers is responsible for creating and implementing content that promotes the organization's mission to empower women in engineering. This team develops educational resources, oversees learning programs, and ensures alignment of content with the strategic goals of the organization, while fostering engagement and community among its members.
