Julia Mullan, Chartered MCIPD MA HRM, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager at SOCOTEC since September 2023. Previously, Julia held the position of Head of HR at WPF Therapy from June 2021 to July 2023 and worked as an HR Consultant at Carter Backer Winter LLP (CBW) in early 2021.
