Rachel Sylvan

Rachel Sylvan serves as the Global Director of Corporate Responsibility at Sodexo, where responsibilities include developing and managing strategic initiatives focused on sustainability, wellness, and community engagement. With a career spanning over two decades, Rachel previously held the position of Director of Sustainability at U.S. Foodservice, where a comprehensive sustainability strategy was implemented at one of North America's largest food distributors. Earlier roles include Management Associate at Creative Associates International and Program Associate at the Summit Fund of Washington, focusing on corporate social responsibility and grant funding for social and environmental initiatives. Rachel holds an M.B.A. in Corporate Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan, an Executive Education certificate in Digital Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Master's in Natural Resources from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor's in Environmental Studies from Binghamton University.
