Etienne Veilleux

Etienne Veilleux is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic leadership and advisory roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at Sofistic.AI since January 2023, Etienne has also held significant positions as a Senior Strategic Advisor and Senior Partner at Novacap since September 2016. Prior involvement includes a board member role at Eddyfi/NDT from February 2020 to August 2022 and a long tenure as President & CEO of Distech Controls from January 1995 to January 2016, focusing on strategy, acquisitions, equity financing, and strategic alliances. Educationally, Etienne has pursued studies at Ivey Business School at Western University, Cegep Chaudiere Appalache, and Sherbrooke College.
