Zsa Zsa Zanolie is an accomplished hospitality professional with a comprehensive background in front-of-house management, currently serving as the Director of Front of House and a member of the Executive Committee at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam since January 2021. With a career at the same establishment beginning in 2008, Zsa Zsa has held positions including Front of House Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the Front Office, Concierge, Guest Relations, and Butler departments, as well as Guest Relations Manager, during which Zsa Zsa initiated the Guest Relations department.
