Sergey Oskotskiy

Sergey Oskotskiy is a Senior Software Engineer at Softability Oy, specializing in C++ programming for Embedded Linux since June 2022. Previously, Sergey served as Software Engineering Team Lead at i4 Insight, focusing on cartographic and maritime navigational software following its acquisition by Lloyd's Register. Prior experience includes leading software engineering teams at Navico and C-MAP, where Sergey was involved in the development and maintenance of Electronic Chart Display and Information Systems (ECDIS). Sergey began a career in software engineering at Jeppesen, contributing to maritime navigation software, and has held positions at various companies, including Octosoft, E-ngineers, Saxo Bank, and The AnyLogic Company. Sergey holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University.
