Carlos Guerra

Carlos Guerra has extensive experience in project management and transformation roles, currently serving as Gestor de Transformação and Gestor de projectos at Softinsa since March 2018. Previously, Carlos held various positions at IBM Portugal from June 2013 to March 2018, including Delivery Project Executive and Transformation Manager, with responsibilities tied to ISBAN/Santander. Carlos also worked at IBM from July 2007 to May 2013 as Delivery Project Executive and Project Manager, overseeing projects such as those at Vodafone Czech Republic and Vodafone Portugal. Career beginnings included roles as Document Production team leader at Vodafone Portugal and System Manager at Novabase - Milenar, alongside earlier positions in IT and commercial fields. Carlos completed education at Instituto Superior Técnico from 1990 to 1994 and attended Escola Secundária de Santo André from 1983 to 1989.
